bad batch of color maybe not satisfiedJust wanted to let you know I'm not happy or satisfied with my last color package. I have explained over the phone and by email. Terrible colourMy main request was to neutralise the red in my hair as my roots were dark with grey and the rest of ny hair was brown/red/ginger (wishy washy). I've waited months to do this, took my time to apply colour as guidance stated and now I've roots that match the other and I hate it 🙄 it looks redder than ever! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great productI’m fairly new to this hair dying thing so this was awesome that someone was assigned to assist getting the color I needed. My only problem is that the little grey I was trying to hide did not stay put very long but the rest was great.
