Still on a journey to find my natural hair colourHello, This was my 3rd colouring and even with the slightly lighter shade that was recommended, I still find it too dark. My hairdresser also strictly followed the instructions regarding the step "Blend for shine". I am not dissatisfied but I guess it's just taking us a bit longer to experiment which custom colour brings me to my natural hair. Let's call it a journey :-) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. another catastrophic sessionI complained about the new dye over six months ago and cancelled the sequential orders. After thinking my complaint was heard |I resumed the order. and my hair has fallen off, my head is on fire.
