Good concept, needs more loveThe idea of an at home salon quality color is amazing and love the option to have a custom made color. I have a few complaints that were enough for me to cancel after my trial. 1. I didn't love my color. It's fine, it looks different than when I started and it was good but not great. It wasn't super vibrant and I felt like I could have achieved the same result with the $6 box from the drugstore. 2. My hair is so dry. Sahara desert. It feels like straw. I have not colored my hair in well over 3 years so I had silky soft extremely healthy hair. I know all hair color is damaging to some degree but I wasn't expecting the life to be sucked out of my hair in 30 mins or less. Not the colour I thought I was gettingThis review is hard for me to write because there is so many pros, but the one con is a huge deal to me. I love the product itself. Easy instructions, easy to apply, very minimal odour and my hair felt really good after and the shampoo and conditioner smells amazing! But, I absolutely hate the colour I received. I was so upset with the colour. I did not want my hair to be copper/auburn, I wanted dark blonde. Was a nightmarethat I didn't have to paint it on, until this 2023 you can imagine my admiration, but I don't know what happened now, that the result was fatal, the nightmare of gray hair is horrible. Instead of covering it up, what seemed to be was to increase the situation and I had recommended them to my acquaintances and they made me look bad in front of them.
