Preis - LeistungDie Verpackung und die Produkte sind sehr schön und wirken professionell, allerdings war ich mit dem Farbergebnis nicht zufrieden. Meine grauen Haare am Oberkopf waren nicht vollständig abgedeckt, man konnte deutlich den Unterschied zum restlichen Haar sehen. Laut Anweisung hätte ich die Farbe nur 15 Minuten einwirken lassen sollen, ich habe allerdings auf 25 Minuten erhöht, was trotzdem nicht geholfen hat. Für diese mangelhafte Qualität finde ich den Preis VIEL zu hoch. Die 2. Lieferung von Ihnen steht noch im Schrank und wurde noch nicht verwendet. Das AllerletzteIch habe schon einige Haarfarben ausprobiert, mit denen ich nicht so ganz zufrieden war, aber das hier ist das Allerletzte! ich habe rotblondes Haar, wollte etwas mehr Kupfer, habe alles beantwortet und dann genau nach Vorschrift gefärbt. Und nun sind meine Haare kackebraun, mein Rotblond ist weg, von Kupfer keine Spur. Ich bin entsetzt! Ich bin so dermaßen wütend, dass ich schäume! Was für ein Mist! Ich hatte vermerkt, dass ich von Natur aus mittelbraunes Haar habe und es jetzt noch einen Ton mehr kupferfarben haben möchte als sie sind! Als die Farbe kam, war ich schon skeptisch, über 70 % Dunkelblond und nur etwas Kupfer und Gold...Hoffentlich bekomme ich meine Farbe jetzt wieder hin und diesen scheußlichen Farbton von eSalon wieder raus aus meinem Haar! A few disasters (of my own making) but I loved it!!Pamper night was as good a night as any. Assumed it was to be used on dry, dirty hair but it took a quick search of the website to confirm (my box dye was apply to clean hair). Loved all the boxes, tubes and sachets. Also loved the little lid on the shaking bottle. Applied the stain preventer, separated hair into debatable quarters and went for it with the root colour. No problem!! Easiest hair dye ever!! Then noticed the 2nd bottle which I had assumed was for a re-touch was actually for mid length and ends. Ok, that's fine. Put the stuff in the bottle and started shaking. Didn't check for a lid, I mean why would I!! Needless to say you are supposed to use the lid from the first bottle. KEEP THIS IN MIND. Texted husband about the orange dots on the ceiling, walls, floor and everything else in the immediate vicinity. 2nd lot went off ok apart from missing the patch by the front of my ears, both ears (only noticed next morning). A new one on me is where you then fill up the dye bottle with the rest of the dye in it with water and mix. (I put my finger on the end!!) However what really got me (if you have read this far) is that you are told to put Ur head back and pour the bottle of mixed dye and water on the hair and hairline etc for the shine. I am in the house on my own, I am also nearly 50. There is no WAY I am doing the gymnastic type bend I need to do, to get my head back over the sink OR bath!! So bright idea, I will lay down in the empty bath on my back and do it that way and it will be fine. Now the bath we have at home is your finest 70's avocado and narrow. I'm not exactly skinny so it was a pretty tight fit (I had my head under the taps) poured all the stuff over and massaged it in and it was quite thick so I had a lot left coating my hands. Then I tried to get up ... Not happening. I was wedged in the bath with my hands and my head covered in dye and I was doing the stranded tortoise!! Better than Madison ReedI was afraid the color would come out too dark like Madison Reed's color did. This color came out perfect. I received wonderful compliments the next day on my color. No one could believe I had done it myself. Of course, E-Salon gets the credit for a wonderful product.
