Love the colorLove the color mix for my hair but seems recently product has changed because the last few color set have lasted just a couple of washes and it's not covering my grays. I have dry curly hair so I don't wash my hair often and when I do I use color shampoo and conditioner so it's a problem with your product, I'm reading other reviews and seeing the same complaint. I've had to use box color from store in-between orders and at the price have to say I'm very disappointed so hope you have a solution for the change or will have to discontinue. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Nice Kit Awful FormulaThe kit came with everything you need to successfully color your hair at home. The color was worse than a box from Walmart. It immediately started turning blue/black even though my color is medium brown. It was wayyy darker than I had wanted. The good news is that it washes out quickly, so after being too dark for a few days, it’s already fading back to a more desirable color. Beats out the drug store brandsI am so pleased with this hair dye kit. Everything is nicely packaged and instructions are well explained. Hides greys well!I love both coloring kits that I ordered. I'm in my mid 50s and i get that evil white thread called "grey hairs" - eSalon provided the color that looked natural on me and I was completely satisfied. I Love this place!My prior hair color product that I have used for over six years was recently discontinued by the manufacturer, I was born a bright copper redhead and I am now totally gray. I always loved the color of my natural hair, but I started turning gray in my very early forties, It forced me to start having it dyed back to my natural copper red. Fast forward to 2021 and suddenly copper red hair dye color goes extinct. I couldn't find it anywhere and I was in a panic! Thankfully I found eSalon! Daniellle has matched my color perfectly. I am allergic to eSalon hair colorI really wanted to love this custom do it at home hair color. The shade (a light cool brown) that was made especially for me was perfect and I dislike taking the time and expense of going to a salon. However, a patch test showed no skin irritation, so I applied the color as directed. When I rinsed off the color, an excessive amount of hair was lost. After drying, my scalp itched for days. Also, the product didn’t cover my grays completely and made my hair texture feel brittle, I thought at first that this was a temporary adjustment to the new hair color, so when it was time to color, I used the color again with the same results. I called an eSalon color specialist and the next formula was changed, and did help with gray coverage, but I kept loosing hair! I then cancelled my order and received an emailed response from their color specialist that said it is normal to loose 200 hairs a day. This may be true, but my scalp still itched and my hair is noticeably thinner now. I cannot use eSalon hair color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
