Seeing greys after 2 weeksHi, With this color order, the amount was not enough. I could not cover all my roots as I started seeing greys 2 weeks from my last color (november). Something is differentI use to loveeeee eSalon. I tried other brands and came back to color my hair with eSalon’s hair coloring. But something has changed in the last few months. I noticed after applying the color that my roots and gray hair where more of a redish brown rather than black like the rest of my hair. I thought I had made a mistake coloring my roots so I tried it again they next month and again the color was way off. Mind you I have been using eSalon continuously for over a year and hadn’t had a problem before. I had my color adjusted twice and saw minor improvements but it still not covering my grays and my roots are still lighter than my ends. I have an unopened box of the “lighter shade” that I don’t know what to do with it. I definitely won’t be coloring my hair with that. The money I’m spending in this trial and error process doesn’t justify the end result. NOOOO!Got first color, way too dark, complained, told you can't make it lighter, but next shipment would be better. 2nd color, adjusted again way too dark, and too red.
