Switching from an in-person color expert to do-it-at-home was a frightening prospect. eSalon made it simple and successful. The assistance provided by the color expert was precise and absolutely right for me. The products were correct and the process was an easy one. Great colour and as mentioned when ordering. When I initially put it on I thought oh dear it’s a bit dark but when I washed it off it was perfect and not so dark after all. Great instructions easy to follow, have ordered for another 8 weeks, completely covered my greys too. Would highly recommend.
