Personalized Service & Cruelty FreeI sent a picture of my natural hair color when I was much younger. They sent me my personalized color with my name printed on it. The instructions were very easy to follow and I had a great coloring experience without any of the nasty smell. There was more than enough color to cover my long hair. Awesome!Customer service were so friendly and helpful! They helped me to get exactly the color I wanted when it didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted the first time. The whole kit has very clear instructions and so many helpful extras like gloves and stain remover and mini shampoo. The dye also smells really nice and leaves my hair shiny which is a nice bonus. Great color matchI was very apprehensive when I first got the package and thought I would just go back to my hair colorist. But wow was I wrong. After preparing everything I followed the instructions and began the process. It was a little cumbersome but hey, for the cost difference I could deal with it. I was so excited to see the beautiful color after I washed it out. It COVERED ALL THE GRAYS and I think it turned out better than the salon. So, my bathroom is my new hair salon unless I want a cut. Now I have to figure out how to tell my stylist. I just love her and we’re good friends. I’m sure she’ll understand especially after she sees the quality off the product. Had to redo my colour, and I love it!The initial batch I received was a bit too dark/brown for my liking. Beautiful colour, just not what I wanted. I had no problem at all revamping the colour with the ESalon team and I feel that I won't have any issues going forward, should I wish to change it up once again. Did not work on rootsSpent 3 times the time dying my hair that I usually do, in order to make sure that I followed directions exactly to get the results advertised. Now that my hair is dry, I see my roots are very light brown where my grays were and my ends are a lot more black than they usually are. For 38 bucks a month or whatever this is insane. If you have gray or white roots , I do not recommend the product,as of now. . I've had better luck with cornsilk for $3. I'm so disappointed, More disappointed with the fact that , I waited for several weeks to try the first kit. As I have another kit on the way for $38 . I'm hoping that I received the package soon as I can try it just on the roots right away , maybe it'll work better I don't know. For now I'm cancelling my subscription, You just need to go to the salon for my kind of hair situation. At least with the inexpensive box dye, I could afford to do it every 2 weeks. The cheap stuff doesn't cover for very long but it actually did dye the roots. I'll try again when the root kit gets here, maybe I did something wrong , hopefully is the case. The first kit, I did the introductory offer, which was pretty inexpensive and I paid $10 for the alligator clips, cape and color bowl and brush so, not terrible. First class!I was very apprehensive about changing to E Salon but knew I needed a better quality solution than my existing shop bought brand and the reviews sold it for me.
