I love getting my custom Color In the mail each and every month with out fail. The color is great. I just changed my color a little bit hope it will be even better for me.

Color adjustment success!

My first root touch up color process turned out to be too light for my root color resulting in brassy tones. eSalon responded quickly to my issue and changed my color mix based on a photo of me. They sent me the new mix without charge showing they have excellent customer service! The new color is a perfect match and I’m very happy with the results. The products esalon produces are of wonderful quality. My hair is looking so natural now and it’s soft and shiny. Thank you eSalon!!

Love the dedication and help with the right color choices from the color team. Plus part proceeds towards cancer research is awesome. The personal touch with naming the box and customization is a sweet touch.
