Just great results!I was a little hesitant to try an online subscription, but I have to admit that I've been pleasantly surprised with it. Although I could not get a color as light as my hair was, I am VERY happy with the color that was made for me. It is a little darker hue and I have gotten so many compliments on it. It's a light, golden brown and I love it. The process is extremely easy. I love that it comes with everything you need right in the box! I am going on my 4th shipment & I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something better. The texture of my hair has improved a bit since I stopped using store-bought dyes. More difficult with long, thick hairI have shoulder-length and very thick hair so it’s difficult for me to section my hair and color all the grey roots. This time I found one whole area at my crown that I completely missed! However, the color is excellent and not “flat”. The price is definitely right. Loved itIt was darker than what I expected darker than my natural color but I actually was pleasantly surprised everyone else commented also how great the color change looked on me! I think it was a shock for myself as well to go from almost a platinum blonde on my ends and overall light color to this dark color with nice warm touches of red. Easy and customI have used salon for my last three color treatments. It’s close to the exact color I want now. Each time I’ve asked them either lighten it or add some blue tones and they listen!
