Not good!My hair is bright red just at the ends. Not sure what happened as this never occurred before! I been using this product for several years. It actually happened again but it much worse now! Very impressedI have been coloring my hair for 17 years i missed my appointment and my hairdresser could not color my hair for another 6 weeks ,, i was in trouble. I called esalon and set up my account. When my order arrived in a very neat box I was surprised to see the color and items inside with my name on it. Love it!I’ve been using eSalon for YEARS now, occasionally altering the color just a bit depending on the season! My only gripe is that as my hair has gotten longer, one kit is not quite enough for a root to end application. Can we get an extra large amount? That would be great! Not very vibrantThe product is good it evened and covered the grey's but it wasn't the lovely copper I thought I'd ordered and was definitely less vibrant which is a shame as if it had been more copper it would have been perfect 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Nothing like the colour requested!Followed the instructions step by step and sent in a photo and description of my desired colour which was an auburn. I specifically said I do not want it red. So now my hair is very dull looking and red - like someone has coloured it with a crayon. I didn’t even take up the offer of a free replacement it’s that bad! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. RecommendI chose a color and wasn't sure about the outcome and sent a message to my colorist. I had explained the best I could on the color I had in mind and she nailed it.
