I received my products and followed the instructions completely. My gray is gone and the color is very nice. With this product I don't need to go to my stylist which is a problem right now. Im very satisfied.

My colorist did a great job adjusting my custom color to give me the perfect warm brown tones! Couldn't have found that on the drug store shelf. I'm very pleased

This has been the best experience with at-home hair color I have ever had!! The color is perfect, the instructions are easy to follow, my hair isn't fried, and it comes out PERFECT every time!!

Good coverage pretty color

Thank you to my colorist who gave me great advice on how to maintain color depth and highlights. I really like the coverage I got for my gray and the color is very pretty. I think for my next color I may go a little darker, but overall I really like it.
