Not really customI have tried to have my hair color adjusted multiple times and it just didn’t work. I wanted my natural red color, but it’s still more brown than red. Just pick the color yourself. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Way darker than what I requestedI don't know what happened, but the color that eSalon sent me is not what I requested at all. I wanted a nice, natural looking auburn color, and after dying my hair, it's *really* dark with hardly any red at all. I'm feeling really disappointed, as now I just have to wait 2-3 months for the color to wash out. Dark hair does NOT suit my skin tone at all, so this mix-up is very frustrating. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Many reasonsAbsolutely no grey coverage. I picked a color darker than my current and it lightened my hair to the point of having roots within a few weeks. My hair has also been extremely staticky even after multiple masks, leave in conditioners etc. Would no recommend! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
