Golden brown root touch upI have just coloured my grey roots with the first kit provided. I have followed the instructions exactly. What happened to my shine?This left my once-shiny hair very dull and ugly. I followed the directions exactly so I'm not sure what happened. I was hoping after a couple washings the shine would return, however, that has not happened. I got better results with my drugstore brand. Sorry, but this does not work on my hair. No obvious resultsIt did not came out with the desired color i was aiming for. It is the same color as my hair. It look like it did not work at all eveb if i strictly followed the instructions.
