Perfekte FarbeIch habe zum ersten Mal die Ansatzfarbe bestellt und mich über die Hotline mit einer Coloristin verbinden lassen, da ich mich mit meiner derzeitigen Haarfarbe zwischen zwei Farbtönen befand. Sie hat mich optimal beraten und von einer individuellen Farbe überzeugt, die zwischen mittelbraun und dunkelbraun liegt. Das Farbergebnis ist perfekt, die Anwendung war mit den entsprechenden Tools gut machbar. Glanz und Geschmeidigkeit sind optimal. Klasse Farbe, super einfache HandhabungIch war erst etwas skeptisch, wurde aber positiv überrascht. Dank der Anleitungs Videos/ Gebrauchsanweisung die super beschrieben sind/ ist, ging alles reibungslos.
