Color and cost....The color wasn't as expected and the grey didn't cover completely. My bigger concern it the increased cost. Best semi-permanent colourI liked the personal attention to detail and the whole process of trying to obtain the perfect colour, the packaging, accessories, etc. I would definitely use this for my long term hair dye were I to continue dyeing my hair. However, I have decided to go back to using henna mixes with natural ingredients only because of a continuous scalp problem which other hair dyes exacerbate.
