Quality product, good serviceThis is my second try on the color. Only four stars since I didn't get the grey coverage I wanted. But I am going to try a second time before adjusting the mix because I might have failed to apply the color correctly my first time. Looks great, lasts a long timeSend a photo of yourself and info on your present color. Giving as much info as possible will ensure positive results. Easy to use. Final step is messy. Amazing color that is spot on!!!!I have tried two colors. One for when my hair gets a red tinge to it from the summer sun and a darker one in the colder months with little sunlight. I at first thought the second darker color was a bit dark, but after waiting a day, even my husband said it was nice to see my natural color again. Therefore, I was mistaken with it being a bit dark.
