You can tell them when/how often you want to receive it. Love this product!Besides being able to adjust my color whenever I want, the eSalon solution is much easier to handle than the store bought brands. It has a light, pleasant scent, and it does not dry out my hair. Quality and convenienceI had been having my hair colored ever 3 weeks at a salon for 100.00, roots only. My hair really needed touch up every two weeks so I decided to try eSalon.
