I love it!I have never had a store bought color that actually worked. This does! The color team contacted me several times to make sure i received exactly what i was looking for. Best hair color to do your own touch up and save a fortune a look fantasticI have been going to my hairdresser for my touch up for the last 10 years or more. As years go by of course prices go up but to use the over the " counter" colors I just wasn't happy until one of my friends suggested I try E salon. I was extremely happy. The process was very easy to do yourself and the color came out as if you had it done in a salon. The variations in color are fantastic for one tenth the price. Love my colorI have very resistant grays. I have tried every brand out there of permanent color. All of which lasted 3 weeks at best. I also have a very sensitive scalp so dyeing in general is a difficult issue for me. I saw the ad for esalon in a magazine and decided to try it. I have not been disappointed yet. Been using esalon for a year and have gotten so many complements on how natural and rich my color is. My hair dresser has even said she is impressed with the color. I have very little scalp reaction from the dye and have stretched the time between coloring to 6 weeks which is awesome. The set up was easy, adjustments to your color are easy and quickly addressed. The notifications via emil are also very helpful. Yes, the initial sticker shock of the service feels like too much but, I have no complaints.
