Membership and haircolor.Customer service is great, the ladies are professional and courteous. However, I just can't seem to get that color that I exactly want. Therefore, I wish to discontinue my membership, until I can determine, what color would suit me best, the color I have ordered from esalon, is still too dark for my age and preference. easy and natural in appearance!I've used this product 3 times now. I was intimidated on my first try but the directions are so clear and easy. My hair color has turned out great all 3 times. I've tweaked my color all 3 times too just trying to find the right amount of red/copper. The colorists have done a great job adjusting the color for me. I haven't wanted anything drastic. I'm starting to see grays and my hair lost a lot of it's natural red through my 4 pregnancies. My hair turned a dark, flat brown color. I was spending $90 each trip to the salon just to lift my hair a bit with highlights but that was daunting with the kiddos and the budget.
