First time coloring my hair and customer service was AWFULI specifically did not want a dark brown(in writing) and even called and spoke in depth to someone there, and expressed my fears and concerns and she never explained about the second bottle needing to be applied, which was a gloss??? My hair is so dark brown that people are asking me what I did to my hair. They are NOT the kind of place for a color newbie. I will wash my hair every day until this Demi-permanent(thank God) crap comes out, then get a box from the store, which will be much easier to understand and better quality. Not really designed for dark black Asian hair.This is the third tweak I've made to my custom hair color. I really want purple-ish hair (there used to be a L'Oreal Feria deep purple color) but my dark black Asian hair really needs to be bleached before taking on any color. Not happyThis time I only received one bottle, I never confirmed I wanted one bottle but used it to the instructions thinking it would be the same!
