Not for me...I questioned the color choice when setting up profile. Told them the color I previously used was dark brown. Emailed e-salon about my concern that the color would be too dark. It took me until today to get the nerve up to even do a strand test. As I said, this color is way too dark and Mahogany color. Not satisfied with my color...My intentions were to get my natural all over color done before my I went to get my haircut/hilights and low lights with my stylist. To save money and time at the salon I wanted to do my roots at home as I have a lot of gray and my hair grows quickly. I requested dark brown but my end result was definitely BLACK. I emailed to request a change but was told I could not go lighter....I spent hours in my local salon getting the color lighter. not as expectedI requested the color on the rest of my color to be darker, more similar to my roots, but still got a very light color on the rest of my hair. It looks like I didn't dye my hair. I am not sure if it was color or the shampoo/conditioning that left my hair dull and greasy. Not very happy since the first time, but wanted to give it a shot the second time.
