DisappointedI hate to say but I was so excited to be a part of this awesome idea however I was left very dissatisfied. First, for some reason it took 10 days to get the products from the date I ordered them. Second, despite uploading several pics, the formulated color ended up looking a pinkish red. It was so bad that I had to buy over the counter color to cover it up. So, I had to spend more money and time, not to mention damage to my hair... ColorI found the color to be way to dark for my hair. I have previously colored my hair and indicated as such when signing up. Had to lighten my hair it was so dark. By the time I colored my hair, the next order was on it's way and couldn't be stopped, I now have a box of $25 color I hate. If this is your first order, don't do auto-deliver until you get a color you like or you'll be stuck! Hair color way too darkI could not get a response from the support team to correct my color so I had to change my product and go back to what I previously have used with much success. Very disappointed in their lack of assistance. You can change the color without ordering sight in seen the new color they have selected for you. Not the way I want to buy a hair color without even seeing what the color should look like. Very unhappy want to return the second order but there is no way to get a hold of anyone. 3rd time not charmI gave e salon 3 chances with pictures and feed back and they never could get rhe color right. Now i am left with discolored hair that i am going to have to have professionally colored to fix it. What i thought would be my answer cost me not only 60+ for 3 colors, but another $175 on a professional coloring and whatever the expensive shampoo and conditioner costs that i'll have to use on hair that will be damaged by lightening the sides (after expessly stating that i can't use ash colors they sent me a light brown with ash or green base that turned my sides black).
