Not for meAll I wanted to do was be a red head! They couldn't do that. They wanted to keep sending me brown with hints of red....... I want to be a red head! Difficulty with hair colorI had such a hard time washing out the color. I used the shampoo and conditioner and it still feels greasy. When it dried, I had a gray streak on my front right side and i have never had gray and other colors showed up. It did not turn the color i expected it to be. I got the lightest blonde and it turned ash blonde which i really do not care for. One time i used garnier hair color, it turned ash blonde also. I would like to give it another try to see if it was just a faulty hair color or i was sent the wrong one. I usually get a much lighter color when i use one from the drugstore, that's why i was thinking maybe I was sent the wrong one. Like i said, I would give it one more chance but I don't want to take much more of a chance for something bad to happen to my hair. I like the shampoo and conditioner and would definitely buy more.
