Too much goldThis was a top quality product. My hair feels great and it was professional quality color--great for grays and matching new roots!! I would give it 5 stars for the right color. However, it was listed as "cool beige" and I assumed there would not as much red tint in it. I did see the pre-mix said "gold" as an ingredient, but I assumed because it was a teeny-tiny amount compared to the ash and blonde, and since this was a professional service listing the color as "cool", that it would still turn out as a cool blonde and not bronzy. The color gave me a very bronze tint in my hair like box dyes too. I used Dawn last night to scrub the bronze out, and now its a cool beige blonde, but I will go to Sally's in the future to get the blue base cooler blondes. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Something was not right from the start.When I shampooed out the product the rinse water had a massive amount of scummy frothy soap/dye? I was happy with the color and texture at the beginning, but by the time the first auto-reorder came up I now have dry brittle hair that has been falling out continuously. Luckily I have thick wavy hair to begin with, but not even my argon oil treatments and complete avoidance of heat styling tools, elastics, pins, etc has stopped the daily hair loss.
