The worst hair color experience ever.When I finished with my hair I was so upset. I asked for the red to come out' instead my hair is ALL RED. It is also so much darker than what my hair should be. Greatly disappointed.I originally ordered a lighter shade but customer service emailed me saying they thought it was too light and my hair wouldn't turn out right. So I worked with the gal over the phone and we picked a color closer to my natural dark blond. I very clearly told her my hair has red undertones if the color is warm it will turn brassy and that I needed an ash or cool tone dye. She assured me this color would work. No, no it did not. HATED IT!!!!!I wanted blonde and was left with brown with red. Cost me $200 to get it back to a blonde close to where I started. Now I still look like a fake blonde instead of the natural blonde I used to using Loreal for $8 a month. Never again! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
