Great color/Don't LastI purchased this product in September 2016. I used it October 4th. While the color was fantastic and perfect due to my colorist and not my choice, it did not last as long as I thought it would. I chose the color for my hair but because of the pictures I sent in, "My" colorist saw that the colors I chose were too dark. She not only corrected the color but sent it out as well. She was ready to send out the darker color, if needed. My only problem was that the color didn't last long enough. So close yet so farOrder arrived a week earlier than expected, which was great! Packaging was brilliant, had all that was necessary and was easy to use. Issues: it did not cover my pink strands. I picked the bleached highlights option and specifically added the information to the colourist, but my auburn colour has these pink strands still in it. This is a shame because I actually like the colour on the rest of the hair and in terms of damage it is quite reasonable, but I will probably have to apply something else to reach a more uniform colour... Multi colorThis was supposed to make my hair a dark auburn. I followed directions to the T because I was afraid of this happening and sure enough I have roots that look black, some streaks of red and bright red ends. Not happy!
