Didn't do anythingI followed the instructions to the letter and it didn't really do anything. My hair is maybe a darker blonde, but there was zero red left in my hair. Normally my hair soaks up red color like a blanket so it's rather weird. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Did not match color I requested.Awesome service. However was not pleased with final color. I submitted several pictures of the color of wanted but never came out lighter, always darker. And also did not cover the grays completely. Would've paid a private salon service for the same amount I ended up paying here after all the tries. Still grayThis product after several tries for the last few months does not cover my gray hair at my roots around my face. Color also washes out fast, even using their recomended shampoo and conditioner.
