I was hoping to like this companyI was hoping to like this company. This was my first time trying it. The hair dye not only left my hair dry and brittle, it left my hair two toned and uneven. I have dyed my own hair for many, many years and never had a bad result. I will not be purchasing any more dye from eSalon. I was also scared to dye my hair again due to how dried out and brittle it left my hair. So that being said, I had two toned, uneven, dry hair for 6 weeks. Didn't do anythingI followed the instructions to the letter and it didn't really do anything. My hair is maybe a darker blonde, but there was zero red left in my hair. Normally my hair soaks up red color like a blanket so it's rather weird. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Did not match color I requested.Awesome service. However was not pleased with final color. I submitted several pictures of the color of wanted but never came out lighter, always darker. And also did not cover the grays completely. Would've paid a private salon service for the same amount I ended up paying here after all the tries.
