Did not match color I requested.Awesome service. However was not pleased with final color. I submitted several pictures of the color of wanted but never came out lighter, always darker. And also did not cover the grays completely. Would've paid a private salon service for the same amount I ended up paying here after all the tries. Still grayThis product after several tries for the last few months does not cover my gray hair at my roots around my face. Color also washes out fast, even using their recomended shampoo and conditioner. DisappointingAlthough I followed the online instructions for what I wanted in hair color and included a photo of my current blonde hair AND followed hair coloring instructions to a "T" - my hair color was darker than it's ever been in my life. I asked for strawberry medium blonde and I now have mousy brown hair with a tinge of red at the roots if you look at it in the right light. I've shampooed it several times and after a week - it has not lightened much. VERY disappointed.
