ConcernedThis was the first hair color that made my naturally curly hair super frizzy & unmaneable. Maybe, you can explain to me why this happened.? Also, my hair is starting to become brassy again. Wrong base hair colorUnfortunately, you are still using a blonde base for the color. I would prefer a brunette base - maybe start with a light brunette just to see but the blonde is still showing up too light for my taste and the color doesn't seem to have enough oomph to it. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not HAPPY!My last color turned my hair reddish and I have BROWN hair. Now I cant get the red color out. I am so upset and will never order this again. I went to a salon and told them what colors "My Colorist" mixed and they said it was wrong. I have dark brown hair and they put ash, brown and mahogany in my color and it put a 2" red stripe on the top where I would cover my roots. 1st time great, 2nd not so much.When I received my first hair dye kit, I couldn't wait to use it! The results were great, lasted long and I got many compliments. The 2nd time was not as successful; my color lasted less than 6 every other day washings, didn't notice much color change to begin with. Could have been better.I was not impressed with my most recent order. I was only looking to go a little bit lighter and received only the root touch-up so I went to a salon and asked if this was customary and they said no. They did advise me as to how I should apply it and I utilized what was sent to the best of my ability. I don't think I will be ordering from eSalon any longer.
