Pretty color...butI love the color my hair turned out, however, the actual dye was almost impossible to get completely out of my hair. I thought I just wasn't thorough enough the first time, so I reluctantly tried the dye again the next month, and same issue. Spotty coverage for gray hair?I've been coloring my gray hair myself for more than 20 years. This was my third hair color shipment from eSalon. I was very pleased with my first two shipments. However, this last one did not last on my gray hair. I did complain to customer service, only to be told to start at my grayest areas first and that my next shipment's color time would be longer. Funny, how I didn't need to do anything different with my first two hair color treatments. No apologies offered. Too dark for meI like the idea and the products in general but I couldn't get the lighter blonde I wanted to blend my roots and soften my highlights. I ended up with a medium dark blonde for my roots which they recommended. Now I have 2 different colors of hair top and bottom and need the salon to fix it anyway.
