Too dark not meduimIt said meduim blonde which I use with hint copper,it's definitely darker then I like ...I don't like the color at all so just be careful on the color you pick they may be a bit different you can't really tell from pictures you choice from 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. OK hair colourCouldn't find the instructions, overpriced and gimmicky. What would improve the product, a decent TUBE not sachets of shampoo and conditioner, come on sachets are so Nigella Lawson a bit dated and patronising the audience. I don't mind a sachet when I get a freebie and frankly they haven't got much product in either. I want to submerse my hair in luxuriant conditioner after I've coloured it. Not fiddle around trying to tear off a corner of an ill conceived sachet. Plus eSalon you missed a trick in promoting your shampoo and conditioner. I love conditioners that come in hair dye products and want more and would happily buy a larger bottle if sold. A Surprisingly Awful ExperienceI used the Custom Hair Color a couple of times and couldn't understand why the roots were not the right color. But nevertheless, I was getting the hang of doing it myself. The last time I applied it, I had asked them to take out the red, but this time instead of being a dark brown which I hoped for, the roots were a light, mustardy, brassy brown. And what's worse is that when I applied the color this time it burned like hell! My scalp felt irritated for days afterward. Didn't come throughMaybe it was my hair. Maybe not. However, this color didn't absorb or come through the way the picture portrayed.
