Hair looks and feels badFirst $20 for one bottle is just to much, second it made my hair feel like straw and the conditioner you sent to help smelled so bad I was nauseous all day you claim a lot for the product but it's just not true at least the color was ok but not worth the problems I'm going back to the much Cheaper store bought color at least my hair feels better after I use it! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great color - Extremely irritating to my skinThe color is GREAT. This product is extremely irritating to my skin.... even more than the drugstore brands I have used in the past. Even though it cost a little bit more, I will go back to my other online brand that did not irritate at all. I had really hoped eSalon would work, but no way. I want to constantly scratch. Custom Hair ColorAt first I loved the colors that were designed for me, but after using it for a while the color was darker and darker. I have dark brown hair naturally, well before the gray started. The next shipment would come in and I would use it but it just began looking lifeless. very disappointedVery disappointed with the last hair color sent to me. It is as if I did not color it at all, my roots look like they have not been touched, My thought was that there was something wrong with it for it not to color as it did before Followed directions with the product as I had done with the previous order.
