I am very disappointed with the colorIn the beginning the color was not what I had asked for. I originally wanted black base with hints of violet. I received an email requesting to take it down to a darkest brown that was closer to my natural color, which is not what I wanted. so I told them go ahead and do it, because they said it would look like I wanted it to look. After I put it on my hair I had Auburn roots medium brown middle of my hair and a little bit of a hint of violet toward the roots. all that would have been perfect if it had been black to purple but I did not want Brown. I was told it would be adjusted. I now go and look at my account again and I see that they still have red in my formula my hair is naturally an auburn color I don't want red, if I wanted red I would not be coloring it. I'm going to give it one more shot and if I'm not satisfied this time I'll go back to buying it in the store. I just noticed they say they will reship to correct it. No one offered to do that for me. Did not meet expectations.The kit came with everything it said it would and the products came all nice and neat and worked for the most part. After only 3 washes though, all of the color was gone. All it had done was taken out the last color i put in and i was back to natural. Not even close to the color I wantedI explained in advance that I wanted to make my hair a bit more red and asked for the color mix to be redder to lighten and brighten my hair up. I was told it couldn't be done over darker auburn colored hair. It literally didn't even enhance my hair color. I ended up going to my local professional cosmetology store and was advised on only needing to by red color of my choice and a developer in 30 lift, which did provide the red I was trying to achieve. So, the colorist that replied to my original message was totally wrong and I paid for a coloring mix that did nothing for my hair.
