Color didn't stickSo I love everything about this service -the user-friendliness, the quick delivery, the price, the packaging, even the shampoo and conditioner for after-coloring- but the color I applied didn't take anywhere but my roots, so now I have reddish/copper roots and dark brown hair, which is a bit funky looking. Maybe it is because my hair has been dyed, or it was just too dark for what I wanted -since I followed the application instructions to a T- but the dye itself just didn't work for my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. How can I give a review for a color when the package didn't even make it here?Nothing to review. Tracking said it was delivered and it wasn't. I have every intention of finding that package and I would appreciate any help from your end. Until then, discontinue my order. Not even close to a matchI was excited to try my "custom" color. It was to be a very dark violet brown to closely match my current shade. At the time of application, my regrowth was about 3/4 of an inch and more than 70% gray, as my profile states. End results; some regrowth became a light orange/gold and the rest took no color at all.
