Not enough hair color to color entirety of my hairI did not receive enough hair color to color all of my hair. I have extremely thick hair and I had the entire left side of my head without color. Not so good this timeThis time I received a two pack of color, but one bottle of developer had leaked a little. I didn't realize it was enough that, when I mixed and put color on my hair...my hair came out a bright red! I was horrified and started crying the minute I took off the towel after showering. Turned my hair cherry chocolateI just tried your product and was very excited for positive results. My color before dying my hair today was a caramel brown with blond high lights and medium brown roots. My goal as specified was to return my hair to it's natural color, a golden medium brown. The hair dye turned my hair a deep maroon brown with crimson highlights. It definitely does not look natural and it is excessively red. StickyMy hair was left with a very sticky feel and it took forever to wash out. It felt like I dyed my hair with petroleum jelly and my tub looks like it too. The color is about 3 shades redder than I anticipated. Very disappointing. 16 of 17 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Confused!My original order was for a deep red/violet... that was great! Then i received my 2nd and the color was completely different. When I called about the color I was told it was because of the gloss (Im not sure if thats the right term) I want my COLOR, not gloss, to be a red/violet. Is that possible? Color was fine.Color was fine, was almost what I had wanted out of it. However, the past three times I dyed my hair using esalon, it had left my hair feeling overly moisturized or really oily/greasy, no matter how much I scrubbed at it. It took four or five days for it to return to its normal texture and for me to be able to blow dry and style it to see how the color actually turned out. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
