Too dark and natural. I wanted brighter, more violet tones.I didn't realize the colors were not vegan until after application. Was going to cancel auto shipment anyway because the color wasn't as nice as the Schwarzkopf one I like. The excessive packaging was a huge turn off as well. Really wanted to love this siteThis site sounded amazing, until I colored my hair :( It came out NOTHING like I had ordered. I filled out the questionnaire, mentioned I had recently colored my hair (no roots yet), my order came with a bottle for roots I didn't have. I still followed instructions to the T (they are the professionals they should know, right?) and my hair came out darker than my natural hair (was supposed to be lighter)!! I sent in a request to my "stylist" mentioning how wrong they got it and NOTHING. Haven't heard a peep from anyone. This was 3 days ago. The best thing is I decided to splurge on the clips and brush set. Pretty sad. I have been disappointed before, thought this would be different. WRONG. 75 of 77 people found this review helpful. Didn't cover the greyI absolutely love the color BUT it didn't cover my grey hairs. My intention and hope with beginning to dye my hair again (after not having dyed it in 6 years) was to specifically hide the new grey areas. Unhappy customerI was all excited about using esalon to color my hair. My excitement turned into anger after using the color sent to me. It was the wrong color. I'm extremely disappointed. Not what I expectedI ordered strawberry blonde, but the color did not so much strawberry as just medium blonde. It was so much like the color I already had that no one could tell that I had colored my hair at all.
