Turned my hair brassy/red-orange!!!!!I asked for a lighter color and more gray coverage. The color I had previously wa LJ-06-15VOL. . It was never brassy... It was changed to LJ-07-20VOL. I hate the resulting color.. I'm cancelling my membership; I'll find a better color elsewhere. It's a shame, because my daughterr and I have been members for over 2 years now. DISAPPOINTING!. RegretI am sorry to say I will not be ordering esalon color anymore. I love the color except I should not have to color every 2-3 weeks. I can buy my box color and it dosnt wash out at all.
