Will never buy this againI am in my late thirties and have been coloring my hair for many years I have never had a color leave my hair feeling so rough and Like Straw than I did with this product. I had to wash my hair and condition it 3 more times with salon shampoo and conditioner after using their shampoo and conditioner and it still does not feel nice. The color is blotchy. My hair is not shiny and feeling smooth and silky lIke it usually feels after I have colored it. will not recommend will not be buying in. Gummy residueI've heard great things about esalon, but it didn't work with my hair. It left this gummy waxy texture that is impossible to get out. First time was wonderful, first root touch-up not so much...First time I used the root touch-up product. Loved the initial app, but this first touch-up is not "sticking" as well, and doesn't have a the same shine - flatter and duller in appearance.
