This time the product made my hair feel and look different.My hair felt very different and the I did not like the end result. I did a root touch up and the color variation is noticeable and seems to almost look like there is more of a green hue ot it. I wasn't happy with this product this month. Did not cover grey roots correctlyFollowed the instructions explicitly. Left the color on roots around face and down part line the longest. The color in those areas turned brassy after 2 washings. Can tell they are lighter than rest of hair. Also my hair did not stay soft and shiny after 4th washing... Strawberry blondeI was looking to lighten my original hair colour and cover up a few grey hairs. I didn't expect my hair to look strawberry blonde bout dark blonde especially after getting a call from my colourist asking if I was looking to go strawberry blonde as my original choice in her opinion would turn it that colour 😩 So when l took her advice and went with dark blonde imagine my surprise when hey presto l get strawberry blonde 😂 This is also my first experience of dying my hair. A little more red than expectedI wanted a purple highlight, but it turned out red. They were going to adjust the color, which I like, but all of a sudden today I noticed the gray roots really showing through. DisappointedI was excited to try this product after all the hype, although product arrived quicker than expected the result was very disappointing. It did make a slight colour difference to my roots but as for the rest of my hair made absolutely no difference to the colour at all.
