Root Touch-upI received my root touch-up and used it to get rid of the pesky grays. I had shared pictures and explained my desire to be able to touch up the roots in between salon visits. Initially, the color seemed perfect but faded after a few washes. I contacted a color specialist, and she adjusted my color. Looking forward to trying it! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
