Never again!My last experience was a disaster! While applying the color to my hair ,I noticed that the bottle was warmer than usual. I continued to apply ,then I realized that the bottle got really hot ! I rinsed off the product immediately for at least 30 minutes with cold water. My scalp and ears turned bright red. The unused portion that was thrown out had the cap on .Well it became extremely hotter because the cap popped off and the product burnt a hole in the garbage bag . 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Better than Luxury Salon!I have gone to two different professionals at luxury, expensive salons to get the colour I want and never able to get it quite right. First time doing my hair with these dyes and it came out exactly how I wanted! Great smell, soft, vibrant hair and feels nourishing. I love dying my hair with esalon products. AmazingI will never purchase my hair colour from anywhere else. I was having uneven hair colour issues which had been going on for ages and nothing I did was sorting it without giving me unwanted hair tones. eSalon have sorted this out for me on the first go…. custom colorTrying to cover varied gray/whites to favorite shade of childhood as my dad was a ruddy redhead and mom was brunette. As older child, I had light brown w. auburn highlights..... my brother got the red hair! You are closed here@ 5pm E while ordering @ library. All I want is the flex plan with all over color, NOT just roots! Please adjust formula accordingly as on reduced income from $32K alimony loss and job hunt @ 66. Greys turned blonde. Ordered brunette hair colour!I’ve got a lot of grey hair around the frame of my face. I’m a brunette and ordered full coverage hair colour according to the numbers my hair dresser supplied. The result was ridiculous. All greys turned platinum blonde. The rest was dark brown. I had to go to a salon to sort the problem out. I looked like an odd coloured skunk! Beware. You’ll get full coverage on greys but not in the colour promised! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
