Un-happy hair(color)!I'd written you over a month ago to tell you I was unhappy with the previous haircolir shipment, as the results wrre WAY too dark, as compared to previous. I had NOT changed anything prior to that! I received no response but Now, you sent me another " refill" AND charged my VISA yet again! (NOT in keeping with your "100%satisfaction" guarantee! ) I am unsure whether you made any changes or not? Also, I am afraid the color will, once again, be darker than my original! Color is great, but damaged hair.I love the color and have used it three times now. I have used the same hair products for years, but noticed my hair has become tangled and difficult to brush since using the E salon product. When getting my hair cut it was pointed out that all of elasticity is gone from my hair from the color product. Pretty GoodI've only used it once, and the color is not quite right so I've asked for one shade lighter. It's very close though. Shortest coverage for grays...ever!Okay, I've tried my custom color - it is a great match and a nice color, which is what makes it even more disappointing - three times now. I apply as prescribed to cover my grays - and I'm 99% sure this is not user error - been doing this for a lot of years now. Each time, by the second day - without washing, mind you - my grays are showing around the edges. I don't know what might cause this, but it is frustrating to go from perfect coverage one day to not so perfect the next. It goes downhill from there. SERIOUSLY!?!?!I've been coloring my hair for AT LEAST 27 years, and have gotten better results with a box dye. What a disappoint!!! The grey still showing, blah coloring, and I asked for a dark golden blonde...Ended up with a light/medium brown... VERY DISAPPOINTING....
