5 starsI had horrible results! I'm done and rather pay $150 for professional. Completely dried out my hair and I followed instructions completely. Had to go in and have my hair treated after color with deep cleansing and conditioning. Then what really makes me mad is I stopped my auto-ship and just received another one in the mail today. Revised Hair ColorAfter getting initial review from colorist, some adjustments were made and shipped. I most likely won't use it after receiving it because I did not want an ASH color and that's what was sent without notifying me of the new color. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Damaged my hairI've colored my hair with L'Oréal Preference for nearly 20 yrs with no issues. I tried eSalon for better gray coverage, which I did get. However, it fried my hair. I wash my hair once a week and only use heat a couple times a month. I have always babied my hair and am terrified at what has happened. DisappointedI was impressed with the packaging but extremely disappointed in the color. The color I received was suppose to be light brown ash but it turned out a copper orange brown color, not at all what I was looking for.
