Great system...butI loved the process of creating my color and the packaging that it came in. The color was what I expected. My only negatives are that I thought this product had a strong smell for a temporary color. Also, I lost A LOT more hair than usual after coloring and continued to have LOTS of hair breakage. I had to cut a several inches off my hair in hopes to improve the quality. WOULD NOT cover the graysNO matter how many times i used this product, it WOULD NOT cover my grays. Also, I very clearly CANCELLED ANY FURTHER hair color shipments from you, just a couple of weeks ago. I tried your product at least three times, it didn't work for me. NO hard feelings, just goodbye. My hair has never looked better!I get more compliments on my hair now then when I was going to my stylist. While I still will have her put in occasional highlights, I will continue to do my base color myself. My hair is in awesome condition, so soft, shiny and I can actually run a comb through it!
