not impressedMy first order was ok, too red so I want to go more brown. I sent in my request and nothing came back to me other then your order will be shipped, when I tried to contact the stylist before she sent my second no one responded, I sent the message that I wanted to see the color before they charged me but nothing. Great colour. Not great at lasting on greysGreat kit, colour & ease of ordering. However after 6 colours and time & colour adjustments it just doesn't stick to my greys and they are back within 2 washes. And with a colour sjampoo. Same as store boughtWas hoping to be a better product than what I buy in the grocery stores, but found it's about the same. The smell was horrible and so strong I was concerned about breathing in all the fumes. Store bought does not have that harsh strong smell. I didn't find the color lasting any longer than store bought. Because of the smell, price and same comparison as cheaper store bought, I am discontinuing. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
