Better than expectedCovered my gray, silvery gray, completely. Gave me excellent hi lights. Came with everything I needed and was well worth the price. Impressive!I was nervous to try at-home hair coloring myself as I'd done it before with not so great results. But after getting advice from a pro on the exact color combos that would work for me, I felt more comfortable. It's been a few months now, and I've done the at-home salon twice, very successfully!! Love the haircolor!I started using eSalon several months ago. I have always done my own touch-up but was not always satisfied with the color (particularly the roots). Now the roots blend beautifully with the rest of my hair. Although it costs more than store bought color, the results are equal to salon color which is much more expensive. This color is very natural and when I'm done (using the shampoo and conditioner included) my hair looks shiny. I haven't needed to make any changes in the color, but I know that I can always contact eSalon if I decide I want to tweak the color a little.
