Never received orderThe tracking area said it was delivered April 20, 2017 to my mailbox - but I don't even have a mailbox! I have a slot in the door. It was not left on my porch or in my screen door. I am very disappointed as I really wanted to try this product out. Doesn't lastI actually loved the color when it was first done, even though it was a lot lighter on the grey than everywhere else. But it has been less than two weeks since I did this and the grey is already showing through the color. It actually looks like the color is washing out, it is much lighter and duller already. Hair texture when using this productOverall I am dissatisfied with the texture of my hair after I use the permanent hair color. My hair feels like hay. I have never experienced this texture with a professional color or color from a box. I was satisfied with the longevity of the color in regards to keeping my grays covered on my first color but this time, my second time, at about 5 weeks I started noticing the grays showing through. Great quality but color didn't match. Needed a darker Brown.Color was too light for my roots, the picture of the model with brunette with highlights is very close to my color. Loved the colorColor was perfect but it faded completely out in three weeks and severely damaged my hair. I reached out to the company. They asked me to contact my color specialist about changing the color before I ordered next. No mention of what to do with very dry hair. The color that was sent to me was not the problem.
