Color is beautiful for a short time, but not as easy as box from grocery storeFor me, this took a lot longer than using a box from the grocery store, and the color was darker than I expected. Also, when I signed up, where you can put in a note to the colorist, I noted that I prefer temporary color and asked if I should get temporary instead of permanent color from eSalon. I received no response electronically. When my package was received, there was no acknowledgement of my question in there either, and I received permanent color. The permanent color faded quicker than expected, and I liked the color it faded to after a couple of weeks, but it kept fading. Always perfect always on timeI love that I don't have to think about going out to buy hair color. But even more than that I love the quality of this hair color. Other hair colors I have used faded quickly and my grays would be the whole length of my hair not just the roots. Not the same with ecolor now it is only the roots that grow in that are gray. The color is always perfect I tried something new last time in my coloring technique I did not follow all the steps of the directions where it said to part my hair and I was concerned but it's still came out great now I know I can make it even easier for myself just love this product. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
